Finance and governanceBooks (accounting)

Double-entry accounting for Indian businesses, with GST, TDS, banking, inventory and payroll posting.

Books is accounting for small and growing Indian companies: a Schedule III chart of accounts, GST invoices and bills, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS return preparation, fixed assets and financial statements. It runs on the same platform as People, so payroll and expense claims post to the ledger without re-keying. Accountants can work from the keyboard with Tally-style vouchers, and external CAs get their own console.
