What every app gets

These services sit under all 22 apps. You configure them once for each company.

  • One directory

    Every app reads people from the same directory: job, manager, location and legal entity. A new joiner in People is ready for every other app on day one.

  • App switcher

    Apps are switched on per company. Each person sees only the apps their roles open, in one switcher on the web and on mobile.

  • Many companies

    One sign-in per person, with membership in each company they work for. Group companies, a CA looking after several clients, or a new subsidiary: switch without signing out.

  • Roles with scopes

    Each app has its own roles. A role can be limited to a location, legal entity, GSTIN, branch or work centre, so an HR partner or bookkeeper sees only their part.

  • Approvals

    Approval chains per process: manager, manager’s manager, a role or a named person, with reminders, delegation and SLAs. Every request lands in one inbox.

  • History and audit

    Job, salary and policy records are effective-dated, so you can ask what was true on any date and schedule future changes. Field-level changes are audited, with sensitive fields masked.

  • Notifications

    In-app and email notifications after each change, and push notifications on mobile.

  • Custom fields

    Add company-specific fields to records without writing code.

A person has one Thoshika identity and a membership in each company they belong to, with different roles in each.

  • Switch company from the account menu on web and mobile

  • Data never crosses between companies: isolation is enforced by the database
  • Up to five accounts can stay signed in on one phone
